Statler has been in Conway for nearly 30 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, and went on to get a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. And a graduate degree in Conflict Resolution with an emphasis in Negotiations.

He was a regional manager for PepsiCo up until 2012, when he decided to venture into real estate full time. He started investing in real estate via long term rentals, primarily in downtown Conway. He went on to renovate several of the homes in downtown Conway over the last decade, and then went on to invest in short term rentals.

He and his partners have been able to leverage strategic partnerships, and creative financing strategies to grow their portfolio to well over 150 doors.
